Mr. Jeffcoat understood the importance of service to his customers and built Harry Jeffcoat, Jr. & Associates on just that. Starting as a professional mechanical engineering firm, we have evolved to become a leading provider of facility services. Mr. Jeffcoat’s successors continue to exceed customers’ expectations by the same principles under the current name Jeffcoat & Associates, LLC. We provide highly trained and reliable technicians with an innovative approach to pro-active service plans committed to improvement, protection, and results.

We are proud to have provided services that include operation and maintenance to three “Best in Class” data center facilities located in Alabama, Mississippi, and North Carolina as determined by a nationwide benchmarking effort by the UpTime Institute with emphasis on data center reliability. By partnering with owners and owners’ representatives, we are able to provide this kind of exceptional service. In another benchmarking effort conducted by the International Facility Manager’s Association, one of our major administrative facilities was determined to be “Best in Class” in energy conservation.
